Before Placing An Order

1) Orders are uploaded by the package. If you would like to consolidate your order, we have this option available under, "Let us order for you".



2) If you would like to place orders for an event, it is recommended to place your order 2 weeks in advance to allow time for us to receive it and prepare it for shipping.



3) Packages received from non- online seller will be declined for shipping.



4) Orders will be removed from their boxes and repackaged shipping. The original box will be discarded after 3 days. Once your order is uploaded to the dashboard you may request a return within 3 days.





5) Orders will be uploaded by their Unique IDs regardless of the names used. To prevent anyone else's orders from being charged on your account, please be sure not to share your ID with anyone else.



6) If for any reason you are unsure about the cost, weight or whether we can ship an item, please reach us in chat for assistance.



7) The shipping rate from our Prime/pricing page is priced by residency.



The provided shipment date does not guarantee a shipment for every order received prior to it. Our shipments reach complete capacity quickly, therefore, the exact shipping date will be provide on the order number.






For ShopX orders:



1) Please advise in the notes, if you would like to proceed with an order that is more than the amount submitted, and the most you will pay to complete the purchase. (The cost of a purchase may increased by the seller due to taxes, shipping costs or an expired discount amount).



2) For pickup requests, make sure your order is available at a local store in New York City.



3) A pickup is made within 24 to 48 hours. Therefore, orders submitted will be purchased online by our team when unavailable at the store.



4) There is a non-refundable 20% processing fee, once the order is placed by your shopping assistant.


5) ShopX orders will have to payment requests, 1st is for the purchase of the item with the service fee and 2nd is the cost of shipping based on the weight of the order (the weight will be known once it's received).
