Electronic VAT Fee

There is a 30% Charge on All Electronics devices. An electronic is anything requiring a battery or power cord to function (this will include a usb in some cases as well. If unsure, please inquire with your personal assistant via ShopX Intercom chat).

Please note: This fee is part of ShopX shipping service fee to secure your order during shipment. As a high valued product (mainly electronics and supplements) will sometimes go missing during transit and is a high risk to ship. In a case where your item gets lost, ShopX will cover you for your high risk product.
