How long it takes for my order to upload?

If you have placed your own order and it has been marked delivered from the retailer, please allow 24 to 72 hours for it to appear on the dashboard. If your order has not appeared by this time, please notify us via email or chat so we are prompt to assist you.

Please note during the Holiday season, it may take an extra 3 days to appear.

There is no way to track your personal orders, therefore, we will not be held accountable for any orders that go unreported after a week of being marked delivered.
