Before Placing An Order

1) Orders are uploaded by the package. If you would like to consolidate your order, we have this option available under, "Let us order for you".

2) If you would like to place orders for an event, it is recommended to place your order 2 weeks in advance to allow time for us to receive it and prepare it for shipping.

3) Packages received from non- online seller will be declined for shipping.

4) Orders will be removed from their boxes and repackaged shipping. The original box will be discarded after 3 days. Once your order is uploaded to the dashboard you may request a return within 3 days.

5) Orders will be uploaded by their Unique IDs regardless of the names used. To prevent anyone else's orders from being charged on your account, please be sure not to share your ID with anyone else.

6) If for any reason you are unsure about the cost, weight or whether we can ship an item, please reach us in chat for assistance.

7) The shipping rate from our Prime/pricing page is priced by residency.

8) The provided shipment date does not guarantee a shipment for every order received prior to it. Our shipments reach complete capacity quickly, therefore, the exact shipping date will be provide on the order number.

For ShopX orders:

1) Please advise in the notes, if you would like to proceed with an order that is more than the amount submitted, and the most you will pay to complete the purchase. (The cost of a purchase may increased by the seller

Delivery Fee Calculation

The formula for calculating shipping fees:

(Shipping cost x number of lbs) + 3.83 delivery fee for first lb + ($0.45 x the remaining number of pounds)

Shipping Fees

$45/lb for Non-Prime members and $44/lb for Prime.

Delivery Fee

$3.83 for the first pound and $0.45 for any extra pound within the same order and/or shipment.

Free for Prime to anywhere in Egypt.

Supplementary Fee

$10 per bottle, container, or packet on All Dietary Supplements, Vitamins, Proteins and certain products for treatment. (Honey, Ordinary Brand Products and Children's Medicine is now excluded)

Electronics Fee

30% VAT fee of the electronic device

ShopX Service Fee

When we place orders on your behalf under, " Let Us Order For You", we charge a 20% service fee.

In-Store FREE pickup service in New York city, within 24 to 48 hours as a ShopX order.

Bulk Product fee (10 products or more of the same/ similar product or category): $5 fee per item

Any Product Valued at $5K or more will incur a 15% fee

Prime Subscription: Monthly $14.99, Yearly $149.99

Return Fee

A return fee from N.Y. is $15 for service.

A return from Cairo/residential country is $5 for pickup, half cost of shipping/lb to ship and a $15 service fee.

A ShopX Order request is best for:

1) Consolidating orders

2) Free store pickup for purchasing items

3) Processing orders from regional network-blocked websites

4) And receiving Amazon's free shipping on Prime labeled products

5) 20% OFF shipping for all items included in one ShopX order, regardless of the number of sellers it is purchased from.

6) Personal assistance

Note: ShopX orders will have to payment requests, 1st is for the purchase of the item with the service fee and 2nd is the cost of shipping based on the weight of the order (the weight will be known once it's received).

Restricted Items

Anything that is illegal or banned in the country, such product is originating from or going to include but not limited to drugs (also medical marijuana or hemp), weapons (such as guns, daggers and the like), ammunition, tobacco, biological substances, hazardous waste, or any other dangerous goods.

There are also products that may not necessarily be illegal that ShopX restricts, including but not limited to sex toys, alcohol or alcoholic beverages, pork products, electronic cigarettes, tobacco, fireworks, drones etc…

If the item you are inquiring about is not listed, please inform your personal assistant to find out if it can be shipped.

Special Ordering Tip

When ordering for special events it is best to place your order well in advance. These events include Weddings, Birthdays, Holidays (Eids), and other special occasions. Please note that the arrival date of orders made to us may be delayed upon certain circumstances (weather concerns, rush orders from retailers etc). This kind of delay can cause an order to miss one of our weekly shipments. Even if an order arrives to us the day of our shipment it is most likely not make it, as it takes up to 72 hours for arrives packages to be processed.

We know how important is to get your order in time to bring smiles to your loved ones. Hence we advise placing these orders 3 to 4 weeks in advance. We got your shipping covered, but we cannot guarantee a timely arrival from any retailer neither can we make up for their lost time. This is why "IT'S ALWAYS GREAT TO BE EARLY THAN LATE!''.

For anyone who has submitted their orders to be consolidated, keep in mind that these orders are kept for just that reason, and your orders will be shipped once all your items have arrived.
