Cancelling Prime

There's a Message Shortcut available to send to cx> How do I Cancel Prime?

To cancel prime, members will need to go to the prime page (shopxc.com/prime). From the Prime Membership screen, there is a red print in the center of the page that says " Cancel Your Plan". Click there for a cancellation.
